To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unopened (some exceptions may apply) and in its original packaging along with original logos. We do not offer free shipping on returns. We will not provide any reimbursement for return shipping cost as they are the sole responsibility of the customer. If an item is damaged while shipping the return, you must contact your postal service to find out your options. We are not responsible for any damage to the item when shipping the return.
